I, the undersigned Donor, hereby unconditionally and irrevocably give, transfer, and assign to Riverside County Historical Society all right, title, and interest in the property described above. I affirm that I am the legal owner of said property and have full authority to make this gift. I understand that this gift is absolute and unconditional, and that upon acceptance, the Museum shall have full and complete ownership, including the right to retain, exhibit, store, preserve, photograph, reproduce, publish, loan, exchange, or dispose of said property at its discretion.
